Sickness and Cereal

The girls got their first taste of something other than formula on Monday night. They were treated to a gourmet meal of rice cereal and didn't find too much that they liked about it. Landrie ate a little more than Ella, but not enough to even fill one little baby spoonful. Tuesday night was much better for Landrie, she even started to open her mouth for bites. Ella on the other hand came down with a cold and could't breathe out of her nose, so she didn't want to eat. Yesterday, Landrie caught the bug, so the new world of rice cereal has come to a stand still for the time being. Both girls have full blown colds and can't breathe, sleep or eat really well, so we have been a little cranky lately. One bonus is that they want to be held and cuddled, so that has been nice for me! I had to take a couple pics of their pitiful little sick faces, they break my heart and make me laugh at the same time. Little Ella still managed to smile for one, so sweet!
