Last weekend was absolutely beautiful and we took full advantage of the awesome weather! The boys were gone and Jay was home for a whopping 24 hours before we had to leave again, so Saturday we just hung out in our neighborhood. We walked up to one of the parks and had a picnic lunch. Once we finished, we occupied ourselves with feeding the fish our left overs and playing on the playground. Everytime we go to the playground, it becomes crystal clear to me just how big the girlies are getting. This particular playground is considered the "big kid" one and you would never know it by watching the girls climb and slide and run. Ella was in a persnickety little mood and didn't really want much to do with me taking her picture. I did manage to get a couple of her before she completely shut me down like a paprazzi or something!
Ella said she was pretending to be Uncle Jon-Jon sliding down the fireman pole!
Little Diva
Landrie is always happy to be at the playground and is more than happy to oblige her Mommy for some pictures. She really amazes me to watch because she just climbs and plays like she is 10 years old or something.
It was getting close to nap time for the girls so we decided to leave and walk the long way home. We usually go this way so that the girls can see the horses that live behind our neighborhood. On this particular day we came across something that we had never seen before
Apparently one of our guys has an admirer that decided to share her love with all of our neighborhood. I don't agree with the way in which she chose to express her undying love by defacing space near the park, but I definitely agree with her choice in her crush!
