Are You Ready for Some Mud Wrestling Football

A little rain never stopped any coach from having football practice...a lot of rain never stopped one either! We had quite a few thunderstorms pass through the area this evening and I was a little surprised that Garret still had practice. But, I guess with his first official game this weekend, the coaches didn't want to take any chances on canceling practice. I arrived a little early to pick Garret up and as is the norm, I started to look for him in the huddle of players. Well, as I sat there looking, I realized that he was not wearing a black shirt like I thought, he was wearing white. I noticed their were no white jerseys to be seen on the field, only black and brown. Well, no way was his muddy little butt getting in my car, so I quickly ran back home to get a sheet for him to sit on, and boy am I happy I did!
