Landrie ~ 4 months

Well, Landrie is still our little chunk even though she is still smaller than most babies her age. She is 24.5" long and weighs 13.12 lbs. She seems so big, but still falls under the 50th percentile on the doctors chart. But regardless of this fact, Landrie is doing great and growing just like her big sister. Landrie greatest joy in life is to talk. She started to do this about a month or so ago and has not kept quiet since. She tries her hardest to make noises come out and and you can tell when she is being serious or silly. Sometimes when she fusses, all she wants is for someone to come and talk to her. She also loves her brothers and squeals with delight whenever they are around. She tries her hardest to get Ella to talk with her, but Ella's vocabulary just isn't the same as Landrie's yet. She has finally discovered her hands and has slowly started to play with them and figure out how they work. But, she definitely doesn't have the same interest in them as Ella. I fear that Landrie will be 2 yrs. old and not wanting to hold her own cup! I exaggerate of course, but she just likes to lay there and look at things. Like Ella, Landrie would rather be sitting up than laying down and is quite the little busy body. She has started the teething process and also doesn't show any signs of teeth, just a lot of drool. Landrie is definitley the more demanding out of the two girls. Not necessarily in a bad way, but she has the patience of her daddy and knows how to throw some fits. Even though she is loud, I have a feeling that Ella will have no problem getting her to do what she wants! Landrie is a crazy little thing, but brings so much joy and we love her so much!
