Bubble Girl

It is no secret that Ella wishes she was an only child. Well, at least the only girl, she loves her brothers. She does not care too much for her sister, her sister that tackles her to give her hugs and kisses and her sister that screams "SISSY" whenever she sees her. I can only assume that the reason for her disdain is the fact that said sister took up my entire stomach cavity in utero, leaving only a small little pocket for Ella to grow. While Landrie lived in the lap of luxury, eating everything and residing in a mansion, Ella lived in a one room studio apartment getting table scraps. Obviously Ella remembers this well because she really, really doesn't care to have a sister that loves her so much. I have seen a glimmer of hope of a sisterly bond lately, Ella has started to give a kiss to her sister here and there and the occasional pat on the back. But, when Ella isn't in a loving mood, she has found a new hiding place

If you try to talk to Ella while she is in this transparent hiding place, she ignores you. She truly thinks that no one can see her. She is so confident in her hiding place, that she willingly sits next to her sister that is within close enough proximity to attack at any moment.

Obviously us adults are missing something because it seems that this transparent hiding place is only transparent to us. Landrie didn't even flinch when Ella sat down next to her and did not so much as look at her sister until she emerged from her "hiding" place and yelled "HIIIEEE!" I'm thinking that I might have to start crawling into Ella's hiding place to get a second to myself!
